Yes! Finally...

senyumkenyit Yes! Finally they came out with the cut and subbed mv of my favourite couple moment in the MBC Entertainment Award Show. Yes! Yes! U can simply watch it on youtube by clicking this star sengihnampakgigi

Can I Do It?

My busy day had just started. Schooling will start next week and today is the official teacher's meeting. My HM (Headmaster) had put a high hope on our year 6 pupils next year (just 1 more day to gobabai ).

I've been teaching them since they were in year 3-my 1st posting and i requested to follow these groups since then. It has been 3 years now and in the 4th year of teaching i am trying to challenge myself to produce higher percentages in English Language for UPSR.

Boleh ke ek?
doa

A few years ago someone told me that she did not belief in teaching the same pupils every year would affect the subject percentages. So, i'm gonna prove her wrong! (Wah! Bersemangat tul Suzana) As Kak Lela once told me, it was one of the best way to produce good pupils in the future and she was right. We broke the school record last year (2007). Kak Lela told me that she had been teaching that group of pupils since year 4. There u go.. i've told u so...menari

Now, it is my turn. Next year's UPSR result will be the bench-mark of my own ability in teaching English. Can i do it? Friends, whoever u are, please pray for my success. cium

Ah! My favourite couple won!

Yes! Yes! Yes!sengihnampakgigi

One of my favourite Korean reality shows is WE GOT MARRIED (WGM). The couples have to potray the newly-wed life by spending time together-not everyday, but once a week. I don't have ASTRO at home but i watched it online on youtube, a day or two after it has been aired on Korean tv. The fantastic subbed teams will provide English subtitled for the non-Korean speakers like me.

I got addicted to it when this couple joined the show a few months back-Hyun Joong and Hwangbo or better known as The Lettuce Couple.

They were really awkward at first but they improved a lot throughout the show. They parted on October since Hyun Joong had to concentrate on his upcoming drama-if you guys still remember the heart-warning Taiwanese drama: Meteor Garden featuring F4-an adaption from popular manga series in Japan-Hana Yori Dango (the same titled for the drama in Japan). The latest adaption is from the Korean, and Hyun Joong is the main lead. It will be aired somewhere in January.

Last nite, they won the Best Couple Award at MBC Entainment Awards.

Mampu kah aku?

I received an sms this morning that really touch my heart. It was from kak lela, i've wrote about her in the previous post. sedih

"My dearest sis, Su. Things have changed. U lead the way now. My prayers for ur success. HM or Pn Zaiton will explain. Will help u if u need me to. Take care.."
She had applied for an early retirement and will be on leave for 6 months before the approval. It means that she won't be teaching anymore.

Ya Allah.. makna nya aku la yg akan ambik alih suma perkara berkaitan ngan bi. Ya Allah.. mampu kah aku? gigil

i just can't help myself, whenever i talk about her, i'll break down and cry.nangih

Iskh! SUZANA has become a cry-baby nowadays. Shame Shame.

It hurts...

Life is unpredictable.. nerd

My 1st Abang had passed away 7 years ago but i still can feel his presence from time to time especially during Hari Raya. sedih

He was very strict but generous at the same time. I would ask my mom to be the negotiator every time i needed extra allowances. Once, he fired me with tons of questions when i asked him to buy a camera for me, but in the end he did buy it. He never showed his loves toward us but through his actions i know he did love me. He never failed to visit me every month, although maybe my mom was the one who insisting him to do so. He has been someone i looked up too. He has been my role model ever since i was still a little girl. I used to tell myself to study hard and make him proud. But... Allah took him first while i was struggling in my final year. It was...

I have been studying all this while just for him-to make him proud, to repay all his sacrifices. Suddenly, he's gone... forever. sedih

When his wife told us she was going back to her hometown, my heart ached so much. She was going to take the only memory of Abang with her. His children. I was crying inside. Whenever we went there to visit i was not able to hold my tears. Whenever they came back during school break his only son would talk about his late father continuously. The memories of Abang...

Last week they were here again. This time they were running away on the day their mother was getting married. I was there before the wedding, they said they would prefer to go to the new house rather than going back with me. The next day my Kak Long told me that both of them were going to spend the school break here. What was happening? I was surprise... really surprised.

Kakak is 12 years old and adik is 10 years old. Although adik was excited about the marriage but kakak...

Trust me, i did not opposed the marriage but i wondered-what was her main reason? Was it just for her own good or... It seems that her children did not know their new father very well. Whenever we asked about it kakak was trying her very best to avoid it.

One day, adik told us he wanted to visit Abang. He said he missed him so much. I couldn't say a word. I was trying to hold the tears from falling again. He was really closed with Abang. He recognizes all Abang's stuff although it has been 7 years now. He remembers everything he did with Abang.

This time i did not have the couraged to kiss and hug them during the day i sent them off. I was affraid i would break down and cry again. With them i usually failed to stay calm. The resemblance of Abang was there in Kakak and Adik. That was what make my heart ache every time we have to be apart.

Adik will be leaving to Kuala Lumpur soon. He is going to live with his aunt there. That leave kakak on her own. I was trying to convince their mother about letting kakak to live with me, but she kept saying their grandparents would feel lonely if both of them go.

It makes me thinking again... before this she told us that she would take care of her parents. Now, since she is married, she leaves the task to kakak? soal

Colourful Wedding

Nisak asked me to accompany her to a wedding last night. An Indian wedding. Ha?
When it comes to Indian wedding... a wedding scene in Hindi movie suddenly popping in my mind. The pretty girls dancing with handsome guys, the colourful clothes, the beautiful setting.. ah.. everything seem vivid in my brain.

Eh? What should we wear? Salwar Kameez???

For days we were looking for the right clothes- we do not want to look out of place hehehe (jakun sikit) finally we wore our 'baju kurung moden'. Manis dan ayu! :P

As we entered the hall, it just like what we had imagine, except no one was dancing on stage. Hehehe. The colourful clothes, the beautiful setting.. we were mesmerized with it . We went oh.. ah.. here and there. (Memang la jakun)

Fortunately, we had an Indian friend sitting together with us. He told us everything about the ceremony. It took about 2 hours for them to finish all the rituals. After that, they finally declared as a married couple...

These were taken after the rituals.

This is nisak with the bride and bridegroom.

We were told that the flowers they had around their neck was cost RM 200 each. Huh?

It was a night to remember...
