~A day in Kuala Lumpur~

~Nisak, Yayan and me at the monorail station~
It's been ages, planning to go shopping around KL and FINALLY, the moment I've been waiting for, came last week. Although I'm old enough to wander anywhere I want, but it's not easy for my family to let me go outside Johore just like that. Fortunately, I was invited to a friend's wedding in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan and I took this opportunity to bring along my niece to my sister's house in Seremban~hehehe, I'm trying to kill two birds with one stone. Our trip started at 1.50 am and we reached Senawang exit at about 3.30 am. We slept until 8.00 am and went off to Seremban commuter station around 9.30 am. We decided to use the public transportation since none of our friends were available on that day. It means that we have to manage everything ourselves.
A week before that I was browsing the net for the most accurate map of Kuala Lumpur and the public transport available. It is very useful for us as we are not very familiar with the LRT and Monorail stuff.

We went to Pavilion first as I was entitled to claim a door gift for The Face Shop Asia Tour.

~me n Nisak at the main entrance of The Pavilion~
~backdrop for the gathering, huhuhu~
~we were mesmerized by the beautiful Christmas decoration~
Actually, the new spoke person, Kim Hyun Joong was having a fan gathering at Pavilion, Bukit Bintang Entrance on  the same day. Since we reached there at 12 noon, we decided to skip him~huhuhu~ and went for lunch at The Nando's.
~a change of presentation, the taste is still the same as 7 years ago~
After claiming the door gift~a face mask and a poster of Kim Hyun Joong, we went to Berjaya Times Square. As we only have a day to kill, my two nieces spent their time in the theme park and both of us went shopping around the fifth level of the building. I went straight to My Stars Collection Shop, and got hooked up there for awhile. This shop is dedicated especially for all Kpop lovers only. They sell many items that only fans from Korea can get it. I did spend a lot here since I knew about this shop before hands. What did I buy? I'll tell you in the next post ya~~
At first I thought the prices for all things sold here were high but as we browsed around, I've found that they were really reasonable and much more lower than I expected. It even had a few shops that sold RM10 clothes! After awhile, I realized that branded shops are at the lower level, while at the upper level there are many shops that offer affordable prices. I love this place a lot!!

We will surely come here again next time and I recommended this place to those who live outside Kuala Lumpur and wanted somethings different to bring home.

~Beautiful and Proud~

I took this picture using my brand new baby, Samsung Wave~
I was astonish with its beauty and proudness.
This peacock did know how to make other animals jealous of his beauty.. Honestly, this was my first  time to watch a proud peacock, showing off its beautiful tails like he did, live, in front of my bare eyes. It was like watching a fashion show, where the model is proudly walking along the runaway with her designer clothes. OK, maybe I'm a bit overreact.. but that was how I felt when I saw it at The Kuala Lumpur Bird Park, last week.
credit to google image
It was fascinating to be able to go inside the aviary and watch a variety of birds in one place. Believe it or not, this is THE WORLD'S LARGEST COVERED BIRD PARK. Here, we could take pictures and feed them ourselves. It's only cost RM2 to feed the parrots with some milk, but we were able to use the RM2 to the fullest. At least 3 of my pupils were able to feed them without paying anything. Hehehe~~
I think I will surely come here again next time. I want to feed the peacock myself *wink*

~~Wee~~

Ah! It's been awhile...
Finally, the UPSR result was out last week..
Praise to Allah, we managed to make another unexpected result in Sri Gading.
15 pupils got 5As hehehe~~We break the record AGAIN!!
I was startled at first when my HM called me up that morning.. I was asking him a few times to confirm the actual result.
For English, we managed to mark up the percentage to 89.87% . If we round up the figure, it means that we clearly got 90%..Yeah!
p/s: Kak Lela, the 92% is the benchmark that I'm trying to achieve~U leave behind a very big number for me..hehehe

~Down with Love~Taiwan Drama

credit to: http://www.viikii.net
It's been quite a long time since the last time I watch Taiwan Drama. Emmm, I think the last drama was Meteor Garden aka F4 and Jerry Yan was one of the F4. I miss him but I couldn't make myself buy any of his drama after Meteor Garden. I wonder why... but as I was taking a glance through the stack of DVDs at one of my favourite hangout place, I saw Jerry and Ella (SHE) on one of the DVDs' cover. What a combination! It should be very entertaining. I love both Jerry and Ella and walla! they are working together in this drama.
Jerry is dashing as always.

Act as Xiang Yu Ping, an expert divorce and inheritance lawyer, is seen by others as cold, selfish, and ruthless. After Yu-ping’s older brother dies in a car accident he has little choice in taking in his brother's two orphaned children, Fei and Ting. Every nanny he hires to care for them is either scared off by the mischievous children or ends up falling in love with him. Fed up, Yu Ping asks his secretary, Yang Duo, to find a nanny that meets his requirements. Having lost all their wealth when their mother passed away and being abandoned by their father after racking up heavy debts; Yang Duo can not ignore the fact that she needs the money and recommends her younger sister, Yang Guo, for the job; assuring Yu Ping that her tomboyish sister will not fall in love with him by lying that she does not like men at all. I really love the awkwardness moment when Yu Ping falls head over heels to Yang Guo-a lesbian in his mind. Hehehe.

I must say I love this drama a lot and I have been watching it again and again without getting bored.

~Personal Taste~Lee Minho

~Personal Taste~credit to koreandrama
At last! I was able to finish this kdrama..it took me ages! to really enjoy the drama.. those workload really wear me off!. Ahh..
Ok, back to blogging.
The reason I wanna watch this drama?
Lee Minho..

*melting* ~credit to dramabeans~
*faint* ~credit to my.opera.com~
need to say more? (^___^) As always he is dashing, although he plays as a GAY guy here but he's still take my breath away..
Jeon Jin Ho, a straight guy pretended to be a gay. His first intention is to steal Park Kae In's house design by living under one roof as it is easier for him to roughly draw the inner design of the house. Moreover, Jin Ho is a cleanliness freak! He is organize and dust-free hehehe meanwhile Kae In is vice versa. Definitely, someone like Kae In could be fool by that kind of guy right?
Park Kae In, the heart-broken girl thought that he is really gay, let him live there, makes him do things girlfriends used to do together. (The thought of living with Lee MinHo makes me smile.. hehehe)
As the time goes by, Jin Ho fall in love with the simple-minded, messy girl. The ending? Watch it!

~Hyun Joong Fever!~

Ah! What can I say.. His hotness never fail to mesmerize me..
He's starring in his new drama Mischievous Kiss

Alert!

I received this email from my best friend a few days ago. Read and be alert.

Subject: New cheating scam

New Scam Tactic, Be alert !

Any cheque banked in into your account need a few days to
transact. Although the amount appears in your account, but it's still
 pending for transaction,
the person issuing the cheque can cancel the cheque
 at any time!

A few days ago, one of my friends received a sms with the message:

"You've strike 1st prize with a prize money
of RMB200,000
cash."  The sms came with a contact no.  My friend ignored it
since he had heard of too many bogus scams using similar tactics.

After a short while his handphone rang, a Miss Fang asked: "Sir
have you received a sms telling you that you've strike 1st prize?"

My friend answered: "Yes, I have"

Miss Fang: "Please let us have your bank account number so that
we can deposit the money into your account."

My friend thought, why not, let's see what you can do. My
friend has a buddy who works in that bank. Hence, he gave her his account
 number.

Ten minutes later, my friend's handphone started ringing again.

   Miss Fang said:
"Sir, we have deposited your prize money into your
account,   please check and verify."

My friend checked using his handphone and found that RMB
200,000 was really deposited into his account. He was euphoric, just like
that and he's RMB 200,000 richer!

30 minutes later, Miss Fang called again.  She was
crying: "I'm sorry
sir, I made a mistake, I forgot to deduct the tax before I deposited the prize
money,
20% of RMB 200,000 equals to RMB40,000. Now the company wants me to reimburse the
money.
                                                                                 & ;nbs p;
Can you please return the RMB 40,000 tax? I beg you."

My friend thought for a while and felt pity for the lady.
Thinking of the money in his bank account, he went to the bank.

Suddenly he thought of his buddy working in that bank and
decided to ask his buddy to double check and confirm with him first.

Upon checking, his buddy found out that the money was deposited
using a cheque of a different bank.

Even though the cheque was deposited but the actual amount of
 money
can't be transfered into his account on the same day. If the other party
decided to cancel the cheque, then he'll not get this RMB 200,000.

My friend was shocked. He almost lost RMB 40,000.

Before my friend left for home on that day, the cheque was actually
cancelled. If not for his buddy, if not for him being a professional, or if he was
cared of letting others know of striking the prize then this bogus scam  would be
successful.

This is a true story, please beware.

Future scams could be even better planned.  Please don't forget
to forward to your friends and relatives to warn them from being cheated.

Thank You, Kak Lela

Dear Kak Lela,
Akak!
We manage to get 70+% for our trial!! Thank you for your du'a, kak. I was crossing my finger the whole week for it.

As u know kak, ur sister here is still trying to cope with the without-u environment. It's not easy to be ME. I have to decide on everything-especially everything that related with our panel. Last week (2/8-7/8) was the most hectic week for me and since I am the SU Peperiksaan, the work load is getting heavier.
  • Mon-APC rehearsal at SMK Dato Sulaiman, Parit Sulong from 2-5 pm.
  • Tues-received my APC, I reached home at 7 pm that day! Huhuhu
  • Wed-a day to do some catching up with my pupils and finishing the trial paper marking.
  • Thurs-submitting the Kerja Kursus marks to PPD at PKG Parit Raja
  • Fri-submittng the trial marks to PPD at PKG Penggaram and I had to collect the UPSR JOB papers at SMK Dato Seth in the evening.
  • Sat-as u said it was unappropriate to give the pupils a talk on answering technique-I followed ur suggestion in doing the group work and some sing-along time with lyrics in past tense (Because You Loved Me by Cellion Dion) and present continuous tense (Lemon Tree by Fool's Garden). (I almost blew up my own head when no one can give me any suggestion for Sat activity. Luckily I have u as my backup. Hehehe.)
and I thought that was all.. 2 days before fasting..
  • Mon-finishing the English UPPM 4 module, burned them into CDs and distributing the JOB papers to subject teachers for them to check.
  • Tues-UPSR Picnic-(Waaa.. What else should we do? I was thinking about you when I saw the scrabble sets and a few other set of board games that we bought a couple of years ago. Aha! Vocabulary time!).
My beloved Mr Vocable

Mr Boogle! U save the day.

Ok kak, I better stop writing. It's already 2.30 am and I need to take my sahur now. If not, I will surely regret it later when the clock struck 6 am. Hehehe.
Before that, thank you for always be there when I need u..Thank you for everything.
With lots of love,
~Hazel@Suzana~

~Me n Mr Ji Hoo~

Actually.. I have tons of work to do but still when I reached my home sweet home, I can't make myself to do the work! So, with Mr Ji Hoo (my teddy) on my lap and Mr Acer on the table-right next to my bed, I started blogging!
Finally, I managed to finish watching Pasta during the weekend. (Sorry not the food but the drama, OK...) Yeay! I love the story plus those pasta looks delicious and yummy..
credit to : http://www.ioffer.com
If u are a fan of Coffee Prince, u must be familiar with the lead actor in this drama. (Err.. I'm googling his name right now.. Yes! Got it. Kamsamhamnida Mr Google (^___^)). He is Lee Sun Gyun. He used to be the neighbour of Yoon Eun Hye in that drama. Here, he's taking the lead and so far his performance was not bad... His expression was priceless.. I was smiling every time he was taking a glance towards the lead lady. He is just good!
I recognize the lead lady from the kdrama Biscuit Teacher aka Hello My Teacher which I like very much. She had won a few awards for her work and no wonder she's good here.

And just now, I managed to finish kdrama The Woman Who Still Wants To Marry
credit to http://www.hancinema.net

At first when the girl at the CD shop recommended this drama to me, I was like eh! Dugu? Dugu? (eh! Who? Who?) I was referring to the lead ladies in the drama, I wasn't familiar with those beautiful faces...but when she pointed her long, slim finger to one of the actors. I was stunned and as fast as lightning I grabbed it and paid before I go. Hehehe.. Yes! He is Kim Bum.
credit to http://www.hancinema.net

Ahhh... melting.. He plays a 24-year-old college boy who falls in love with a 34-year-old reporter. (and I started smiling and daydreaming again just like when I watch ed Dal Ja's Spring hehehe). Although, there were a few twist of faith in the drama, but still I found it entertaining. Ahhh.. I am addicted with his smile. Ah! Kim Bum also sang one of the OST of the drama entitled: The Woman Who Cuts My Guitar String-(just click at the title and I will bring u to the wonderful voice of Kim Bum. *wink*)

OK, until next time-Mr Ji Hoo n I are going to bed.

~Karate Kid

Last Wednesday night, my friends n I went to watch this movie at the nearby MBO. Actually, I was not that eager to watch it but I just couldn't resist the free ticket! It was OK I think although I fell asleep in the middle of it. The kungfu moves were brilliant but I think I had too much Karate Kids already. It was a typical bullied-learn-a-lesson kind of story and I knew the ending would turn out that way. Hey! No offence to the fans OK. I was conveying my point of view here.

~Lovely Boys..

I bought this lovely, pretty-pretty boys organiser at Living Cabin, BP Mall. At first I thought it was just another pictures from the imagination of the artist, but I was surprise to see most of the books-small n big, pencil cases and also organisers were all printed with these four boys. But when I looked closer..eh! the one with the curly hair looks like Jun Pyo! (Boys Over Flower) and of course right after that I was flipping pages through pages of all the things displayed there. Hehehe. On the next day, I came again n without further thinking, I grabbed the organiser. Hehehe..Wahh! The boys will stay on my side every day, how exciting..

~My typical holiday life~

Ahn-nyong-ha-se-yo?
I'm good and still enjoying my school break this week. In the blink of eyes yet, I have another 5 days to kill and as usual I will push my broadband bandwidth to the limit.
Yesterday, I didn't realize that I had reach my bandwith limit because I was busy drooling over Siwon in Oh! My Lady.
